Each year scholarships and grants go unclaimed. Is it because no one meets the qualifications or eligibility requirements? No. Unfortunately, the reason is as simple as a student not knowing it was available, not knowing where to look, or being overwhelmed with the whole financial aid process as well as the scholarship/grant application process.
